I have just come out of a managers meeting which discussed at length the positives and negatives that we have with our supplier base and I am pleased to advise you that Style ranked as our best supplier.
The current range we have developed has extended our reach significantly, allowing us to enter into the upper mid commercial market. Our defect return rate has never been better, in fact we are not intending on deranging any of the chairs for 2011. Given the fact that you are in a different state, your lead times and response times for urgent deliveries are actually better than our 3 local suppliers.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had a recent warranty issue with a “Style” Office Chair I purchased from Barn Office in May 2009 – the stitching on the seat was becoming unstitched. Claiming under warranty if never something I have looked forward to – but on this occasion all involved have delivered a great service.
- 20/7 I initially called Barn Office furniture and was told they would get manufacturer to call.
- 28/7 Received call wanting some warranty info from the underside of the chair.
- 29/7 Sam call and advised chair pick would happen on Monday 2/8 and would call 1hr before pick-up.
- 2/8 Chair picked up as promised. AND received call 1hr beforehand to confirm. Advised it should be done by Wed 4/8.
- 4/8 Repaired chair dropped off as promised. AND with a call 1hr beforehand to confirm.
All in all, a fantastic example of people doing exactly what they say they’re going to, and clearly taking some pride in their work. I thought I should put this in writing so that those involved might have some acknowledgement that their efforts are very much appreciated. I’ll certainly be using Barn Office Furniture in future and will refer your business to business contacts.
